Lance is a dual trade Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic & also Electrician.  Having gained his full Refrigeration & Air Conditioning license in 2006 & his Electrical license in 2023.  He completed his apprenticeship in the Lockyer Valley then worked 5 years in Toowoomba.  He has gained a wealth of knowledge in the field and is very thorough when it comes to diagnostics & installations.  Lance is our estimator who will attend your home or workplace & provide you with your air conditioning options & supply a quote for same on the spot.  Lance also handles air conditioning repairs, commercial refrigeration repairs & breakdowns.  

Kai completed his apprenticeship with us in 2018 and is a fully qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic.  Kai has had exposure to diagnostics on a variety of commercial refrigeration and both commercial & domestic air conditioning systems.   Kai has proven to be an asset to our team in all aspects of his work.

Aaron is the most loved man in the Lockyer Valley come summer time.  He is our air conditioner installer proudly holding an Installers Cert 2 qualification.  He is a very busy man year round but particularly in summer.  

Kane  joined our team in 2021 as a qualified Electrician & spreads his knowledge across all electrical aspects, including appliance repair.  Kane works predominantly from our Ipswich branch but can be spotted all over the Lockyer Valley.

Tiffany is our Operations Manager taking care of all management & accounting aspects of the business.  Alongside organising 4 children, managing the daily company operations to ensure our customers needs are met, certainly keeps her on her toes.  She can be found working between the Gatton & Ipswich branches.

Joanne is our friendly Ipswich Service Co-Ordinator who can progress your job from your initial phone call through to completion of your works.  Having worked in the home appliance & air conditioning business for many years, she has an understanding of the industry & can help with any of your enquiries. 

Riley came onboard in 2024 as a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Apprentice.  He has proven to be a forward thinking, motivated & hard working young man who will do very well in the industry.

Charlize is the friendly helpful voice you will hear at the end of the phone when you call our Gatton office.  She is happy to help with all enquiries & get you booked in with one of our technicians.  Charlize has always worked in the trade industry & appreciates the urgency to get your enquiries & repairs sorted as quickly as possible.
